Rabobank has a unique approach to GenAI. The team started out doing data science for financial crime prevention. Now it manages all aspects of GenAI development at Rabobank, from the infrastructure to the user interface. Through a central hub, teams can instantly access ready-to-use GenAI services which they can use, for example, to summarize texts and analyze data. We safeguard quality and security with red-teaming and our own evaluation tools.
We are looking for Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts and Architects who can make an impact with GenAI and are prepared to take end-to-end ownership for their product or service, both as an individual and as part of a team. We have opportunities for all skill levels, whether you are just starting out and want to develop a career in AI or are already an experienced specialist.
Professional experience is not required for all roles. What counts the most is having an affinity with IT and AI, as well as drive and an innovative mindset. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your GenAI expertise.

We use modern, leading tools like GitHub CoPilot and the latest models of OpenAI and Meta, among others. We are also developing our own AI models and tools for specific use cases. You will be given access to the newest technologies, but always, of course, within our framework of secure and responsible application.
