- Choose whether you want to see only your base salary, or also the salary including holiday allowance, 13th month, and Employee Benefit Budget.

Frequently asked questions about salary
Your holiday allowance is paid out in equal parts every month, along with your salary. You can also choose to receive the full amount in May. You can adjust this choice once a year.

A standard workweek at Rabobank is 36 hours. This does not apply to positions within Senior Kader A and Senior Kader B and some exceptions. The number of hours is always mentioned in the job vacancy.
You always start within a certain scale that corresponds to the position. How much you earn exactly depends on your experience. With more experience, you can grow within the scale.
