Cooperation
During this program, participants work closely together in teams on one case and two business challenges around themes such as sustainable agriculture or the cooperative energy transition. At the same time, this close cooperation helps participants develop a big network. Besides hard work, there is also time to take it easy by socializing with colleagues and participating in knowledge sessions and networking activities where we celebrate success and it is easy to meet other people.
Your development
During the program you will receive intensive coaching from a young talent manager and you’ll be part of a coaching group of other young talent. One day a week you’ll have technical trainings or be working on your personal development. Everything you learn can be put into practice right away since you’ll be spending the other four days working in an entry-level position, such as business analyst, developer, or engineer. With coaching from senior colleagues, you’ll quickly become a specialist in the field of IT.
