Identity & Access Management (IAM) is key for Rabobank as it provides everyone within the bank with access to resources needed to perform their work. Tribe IAM is responsible to provide the IAM Identity Fabric to support all our user journeys for employees, machines, engineering and partners so the users only have access to the right assets at the right time and for the right reasons.
As Chapter Lead IAM, you play a pivotal role in shaping how Identity & Access Management enables the Rabobank Group. Within Tribe IAM, the Chapter IAM is the center of expertise. As Chapter Lead, you define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IAM craftsmanship across the bank. You ensure that global standards, procedures, and controls are clear, adopted, and consistently applied, while enabling the business to move forward securely and efficiently.
This is a senior leadership role in a complex, bank‑wide stakeholder environment, combining deep IAM expertise, people leadership, and strong execution power.
The Chapter IAM restarted as of May 1st, and with this new set up of the Chapter IAM, the chapterlead has to opportunity to build upon two teams, being the IAM consultants and IAM Processes & Implementation management.
You are strongly motivated to present your own initiative (self-starting) and create, facilitate, and inspire high performing teams and are focused on the development of the team to achieve results together. - You provide bank-wide IAM direction and improve and simplify the IAM way of working
- You monitor the usage of IAM best practices in the chapter as well as the decentral IAM organisation, both through knowledge development and through the use of proper tooling by chapter members and IAM desks
- You monitor & steer on quality consistency of expertise area throughout the organisation

You and your talent
- Experienced professional 10+ years of (managerial) experience and experience with agile working methods
- In depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management, Change Management, Risk Management
- Proven knowledge of industry standards for IAM and security (e.g. CISSP)
- Proven knowledge of bank wide business processes and applications, impacted by IAM
- Strong and experienced stakeholder manager at all levels (MB, MB -1-2-3)
- Experience in building effective IAM processes that improve uniform way of working bankwide
- Strong communicator in corporate storytelling on IAM ambitions at all levels of the organization
- Practitioner skills in coaching, collaboration, complex problem solving and judgement & decision making
