You & your role

Shape the architectural direction of Rabobank’s Sovereign AI Platform and help teams innovate with confidence. As Senior Solution Architect, you design a secure, resilient and scalable foundation for responsible artificial intelligence. You connect architecture, data, engineering, security and business needs, turning complex challenges into clear choices. Your work enables development teams across Rabobank to create trustworthy artificial intelligence solutions while meeting strict requirements for security, compliance, operational quality and sovereignty.

• Define architectural building blocks and integration patterns that support scalable agentic artificial intelligence solutions.
• Translate complex technical and organisational challenges into clear architecture choices and pragmatic platform roadmaps.
• Drive alignment across squads, departments and stakeholder groups to support sustainable platform growth.

Work with specialists across architecture, data, engineering, security and business domains. You make architecture understandable and actionable, mentor colleagues and help multidisciplinary teams turn their knowledge into stronger platform capabilities.

You & your talent

• Experience designing and operating large-scale enterprise platforms with cloud-native and containerised architectures.
• Experience with software engineering best practices, platform design and architecture governance.
• Experience with data integration for structured and unstructured data and with agentic artificial intelligence frameworks, orchestration platforms, evaluation methods or artificial intelligence governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues while creating clarity in complex situations.
• Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly and effectively in English across different disciplines.
• Connect squads, departments and stakeholder groups while remaining true to architectural principles.
