Innovation Factory: startups within Rabobank
Around 50 employees work in our Innovation Factory teams. Together they help transform new ideas into successful products or services and share their knowledge to support innovation in the business units. Team members include open innovation consultants, validation experts, coaches and developers.
Tech Lab
Our Tech Lab is responsible for researching and experimenting with new trends and developments. Their task is to give a clear picture of future developments and where the opportunities lie for Rabobank. For instance, in the field of Generative AI.
Starting a business inside a large corporate
If you’ve got an innovative and ground-breaking idea, it could be the first step on the road to a new business. Our innovation programs and activities have already generated several successful new ventures, for example SurePay, Tellow, mOOvement and TreasurUp.
