Design secure and scalable Databricks solutions that help more than 2,000 Rabobank colleagues turn data and artificial intelligence into value.

You & your role

As Solution Architect, you know the secrets of… designing secure, governed and scalable Databricks Lakehouse solutions. You own architectural decisions and define the technical direction for enterprise implementations.

You translate business needs into future-proof solutions for data engineers, data scientists, analytics teams and business stakeholders. You also establish standards for governance, integration, security, performance and cost management.

• Translate business and technical requirements into robust and scalable Databricks solutions.
• Establish best practices for platform security, performance, reliability and optimisation.
• Collaborate in a scrum environment and align technical decisions with other architects.

You & your talent

• Strong experience in designing enterprise-level Databricks and Lakehouse solutions.
• Databricks architecture experience within regulated or financial organisations.
• Knowledge of Azure or Amazon Web Services, distributed processing, SQL and Python.
• Strong communicator who can explain complex architecture decisions to different stakeholders.
• Proactive team player who improves processes and works effectively with other architects.
• Eager learner with a good command of English; Dutch is optional.
