What will you be doing?

At Retail Banking, we provide smart financial solutions to private and corporate customers, from start-ups and scale-ups to first-time homebuyers and Food & Agri companies. We share our knowledge and connect companies and organizations in local networks that help make the world a little better. What your work might involve:

• Our Food & Agri customers are facing massive challenges relating to sustainability and the energy transition. You create an inventory of their financial opportunities and options.
• You conduct research into the needs and wishes of first-time homebuyers. Your concrete advice can help them take their first leap in the housing market.

About the program

In the Retail Banking traineeship you spend 18 months working on four challenging projects in which you work with different bank products and become closely acquainted with our customers. You also learn about important themes like sustainable living, an inclusive society, and a financially healthy life. It’s a fast-track to getting practical experience and learning every aspect of this business.

You’ve (almost) got a university degree, you want to learn everything there is to know about financial service provision, you’re customer focused, and are good at seeing commercial opportunities. You have a good command of the English language, are flexible, and are prepared to travel to our offices in various regions.
