You & Your Function

Set the strategic direction for Rabobank’s cybersecurity service, “End User & Application Protection” built on Zscaler, by leading roadmap execution and ensuring robust controls that protect employees, applications, data, and digital workplaces across a highly regulated global banking environment.

Examples for Practices

• Define, communicate and execute the strategy and roadmap for End User & Application Protection.
• Own the complete product lifecycle, including adoption, development, optimisation, governance and continuous improvement of the Zscaler platform.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Technology, Security, Workplace Services, Risk, Compliance, Architecture and business domains.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for End User & Application Protection, aligning security services with Rabobank’s business and technology ambitions.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, balance business value, customer needs, security, operational stability, regulatory requirements and compliance objectives.
• Track product performance, service quality, compliance and business outcomes through KPIs, using your data, stakeholder feedback and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

You ensure that security standards, operational resilience and regulatory requirements are integrated into the product roadmap, and delivery. By driving these priorities, you contribute directly to Rabobank's strategic ambitions and our ability to demonstrate that we are secure, compliant, resilient, and in control.

You & Your Talent

• Experience with product ownership in a complex technology or cybersecurity environment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity services, security controls and digital workplace protection.
• Preferred experience with SSE platforms or cybersecurity platforms.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements, security standards and operational resilience needs into product strategy and roadmap delivery.
• Experience with backlog ownership, lifecycle management, governance and continuous improvement.
• Ability to use KPIs, product performance data, service quality insights, stakeholder feedback and industry trends to improve outcomes.
• Stakeholder management skills across Technology, Security, Workplace Services, Risk, Compliance, Architecture and business domains.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to balance business value, customer needs, security, operational stability, compliance and audit objectives.
• A collaborative way of working that supports smart, agile and secure delivery within a global IT environment.
