You & your role
As Senior Business Analyst, you know the secrets of turning complex regulatory and data challenges into practical solutions. You connect stakeholders from the business, data management, compliance and engineering to deliver data products that support Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC), Client Onboarding and Financial Crime Compliance processes across the organization. You ensure that requirements are clear, stakeholders stay aligned, teams can deliver high-quality solutions and ultimately contribute to the organizations’ digital and data transformation agenda.
You will work within a modern cloud-based data ecosystem and leverage technologies such as: Azure, Databricks, APIs and Power BI. Based on this you enable the delivery of solutions that support data modernization, process automation, advance analytics and regulatory compliance.
The Area Data Capabilities is responsible for implementing the foundational IT data capabilities that support the W&R domain. As the central expertise hub for Client and Party Data, Document Management, Management Information, Data Access, Data Availability, Data Analytics, and Cognitive Capture, the Area ensures that W&R can rely on a robust and future-ready data landscape.

You & your talent
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Data Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, financial services, or regulatory environments. Incl. experience working in an international environment with a wide range of stakeholders (i.e. business, architects, engineers, regulatory).
- 5+ years of experience in customer due diligence, know your customer, anti-money laundering, client lifecycle management, or client onboarding domains.
- Proven experience with data-intensive initiatives, including data sourcing, modelling, mapping, quality, governance, lineage, and reporting.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps delivery environments, including BDD, user story mapping, and Agile requirements management.
- Strong understanding of system integration, API-based solutions, data flows, SQL, data analysis and data visualisation techniques (i.e. Power BI).
- Proven ability to drive end-to-end delivery from requirements through implementation and adoption, i.e. translating regulatory requirements into clear solutions.
- Analytical, problem-solving skills, showing ownership and accountability.
- Collaborative team player who can influence stakeholders and drive results.
- You must be located in the Netherlands, re-location is not possible for this role.
