You and your job
Build the backbone of Nexa. As Product Owner, you turn platform technology into product value, set direction, create a clear backlog for the squad and align expectations with stakeholders across the platform.

- Build connections between onsite Product Owners in the Netherlands and offshore squads in India.

- Translate platform strategy into clear product phases, priorities and a practical backlog.

The Area Engineering journey has 6 product owners. They are working together to build up Nexa. All have their own focus within the Area but deliver value to Rabobank as one.

You and your talent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a platform-based environment.
- A solid understanding of platform technology and the ability to translate technical capabilities into valuable product solutions is a must.
- Knowledge of platform governance, quality standards and platform operating models.
- Experience defining product direction, managing backlogs and prioritising work based on business value.
- The ability to gather stakeholder needs and translate them into clear product requirements and actionable priorities.
- Confidence in managing stakeholder expectations across a complex environment with diverse interests.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, sprints and quarterly planning cycles.
- Familiarity with Backstage
- Knowledge about SaaS platforms or open-source solutions is a pré.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams and offshore development squads.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect technology, business needs and user value.
