RabobankisseekinganexperiencedComplianceprofessionaltojoinourRisk&Complianceteamona6–12monthcontract.ThisroleoffersanopportunitytocontributetotheongoingenhancementofourComplianceFrameworkwhilepartneringcloselywithstakeholdersacrossthebusinesstosupportstrongregulatoryoutcomesandapositiveriskculture.

AsaComplianceManager,youwillprovideexpertadvice,conductcomplianceoversightactivities,supportregulatorychangeinitiatives,andhelpensurecomplianceobligationsareeffectivelyembeddedacrosstheorganisation.

KeyResponsibilities

  • SupportandexecutekeycomponentsoftheComplianceFrameworkthroughadvisory,review,challenge,andawarenessactivities.
  • Partnerwithbusinessstakeholderstosupportimplementationofpolicies,standards,andregulatoryrequirements.
  • Actasakeypointofcontactforcomplianceadvice,guidance,andinterpretationofregulatoryobligations.
  • Maintaincomplianceregistersandmonitoringrecordstoensureinformationremainsaccurateandcurrent.
  • Monitorandreportoncompliancewithapplicablelaws,regulations,andindustrystandards.
  • Conductsecond-linetestingofcompliancecontrolsacrossnon-financialcrimeriskportfoliosandprovidepracticalrecommendationsforimprovement.
  • Supportthematicreviewsandcomplianceassessments,identifyingemergingrisks,trends,andopportunitiesforenhancedcontrols.
  • Assistinthepreparationofcompliancereportingformanagement,committees,boards,andGroupstakeholders.
  • Supporttheimplementationofnewandupdatedpoliciesandstandards,includinggapanalysisandbusinessengagementactivities.
  • Developanddelivercompliancetrainingandawarenessinitiativestosupportastrongcomplianceculture.
  • ProvidecoachingandguidancetoteammembersandcontributetocapabilityupliftacrosstheCompliancefunction.
  • Fosteracollaborative,inclusive,andhigh-performingteamenvironment.

EssentialExperience

  • Minimum10years'experienceinCompliance,RiskManagement,orBankingwithinthefinancialservicesindustry.
  • Demonstratedexpertiseinriskandcontrolframeworksandcompliancemonitoringactivities.
  • Strongexperienceprovidingpracticalandcommerciallyfocusedcomplianceadvice.
  • Provenabilitytoengageandinfluencestakeholdersatalllevels.
  • Experiencedesigninganddeliveringcomplianceorregulatorytrainingprograms.

Qualifications

Essential

  • DegreeinCommerce,Economics,Business,Law,orarelateddiscipline,orequivalentindustryexperience.

Knowledge&Skills

  • Strongunderstandingofcomplianceframeworkswithinbankingandfinancialservices.
  • SoundknowledgeoftheAustralianregulatoryenvironmentandassociatedcomplianceobligations.
  • Understandingoffinancialcrimecompliancerequirementsandrelatedriskmanagementpractices.
  • Excellentcommunication,stakeholdermanagement,andinfluencingskills.
  • Stronganalytical,problem-solving,andreportingcapabilities.
  • Experienceworkinginadynamicregulatoryenvironmentwithcompetingpriorities.
