Junior Business Analyst – Early Career Program IT

You & your role

As Business Analyst, you know the secrets of turning complex business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions. You connect stakeholders, data and technology and help the team make informed choices.

You will join a team within External Reporting. The applications within this team support important reporting processes, including information for tax authorities and the deposit guarantee scheme. Accuracy matters because the data is shared with Dutch supervisory authorities, such as DNB and tax authorities.

You will learn from experienced Business Analysts with extensive knowledge of the applications and their regulatory context. At the same time, you will bring a fresh perspective and help improve the way the team analyses requirements, manages its backlog and delivers solutions.

You and your future

During the Rabobank Early Career Programme, you will develop as a Business Analyst while working in a multidisciplinary team. You will learn how to analyse business needs, refine requirements and validate solutions. And then? After completing the programme, you will continue developing your career at Rabobank as a Business Analyst.

Alongside your work, you will participate in workshops, training modules and business challenges with other young professionals. This allows you to build a valuable network while developing both your professional and personal skills.

Your development in the Early Career Programme

In the Rabobank Early Career Programme, you will work on your personal development for 18 months. This includes personal leadership, relevant skills and themes such as sustainability, as well as learning how a bank operates. In addition to personal development, you will follow a track that suits you. Within this track, you will focus on the professional content of your role.

You will meet fellow starters from different departments every week. On the other days, you will work within your own team. Through business challenges and assignments, you will get to know a large part of Rabobank.

You and your talent

• You are recently graduated from a Bsc or Msc in the field of IT, Data or business.
• You have 0-2 years of work experience.
• You can elicit requirements and translate them into clear specifications and functional designs.
• You can analyse data and use your findings to support reporting and decision-making.
• You understand how to validate solutions, support testing and safeguard data quality.
• You communicate clearly with stakeholders and bring different interests together.
• You work carefully and feel responsible for delivering accurate results.
• You enjoy learning from experienced colleagues and sharing your own ideas.
