Business Analyst - End-to-End Monitoring
Help safeguard the continuity of Rabobank's critical services by turning End-to-End monitoring data into insights that support better decisions for customers, business stakeholders, and operational teams.
You & Your Function
Create transparency across Rabobank's most critical services by translating End-to-End monitoring data into actionable business insights. As a Business Analyst, you connect service health, customer impact, continuity risks, and architectural developments into a clear story. Whether supporting daily operations, major incidents, or crisis situations, you enable stakeholders to understand what is happening across the entire service chain and where action is needed most.

• Drive the continuous improvement of End-to-End monitoring, visualisation, and reporting by identifying inefficiencies, analysing trends, and translating findings into practical improvements that strengthen service continuity.
• Connect stakeholders across IT, Control Room, Operations, Architecture, Product Management, and Business domains by translating diverse requirements into clear solution directions and aligned decision-making.
• Analyse service health, quality, availability, and performance across the End-to-End landscape and create compelling narratives that enable stakeholders to understand risks, customer impact, and opportunities for improvement.
As a Business Analyst within EET ITVM CSS (IT Continuity & Security Services / Continuity & Crisis Management), you operate at the intersection of technology, business continuity, and customer experience. The department maintains an End-to-End view of IT continuity across Rabobank and plays a central role in safeguarding the availability, stability, security, and compliance of business-critical services.

You & Your Talent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis or a comparable role.
• Proven experience with End-to-End monitoring, service visualisation, or chain management.
• Knowledge of IT continuity, monitoring, observability, automation, and service management frameworks.
• Understanding of banking technology environments, governance structures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to transform complex technical information into business-relevant insights.
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills across organisational levels.
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to build alignment and trust in complex stakeholder landscapes.
