You & your role
As a Business Analyst in area Daily Banking Services, you play a crucial role in enhancing the digital experience and shape the digital heart of Rabobank. Our daily banking features are used millions of times per day by all customer segments in both the consumer and business banking domains. From transaction timelines to account insights and from bookkeeping to customer engagement and beyond banking propositions — your work directly impact the everyday financial life of our customers.
Area Daily Banking Services consists of 10 squads who bears an end-to-end responsibility for their IT services. As Business Analyst you will be serving two squads in a dedicated focus area of our department. You play a crucial role in designing and implementing IT solutions together with your DevOps squad. Of course everything aligned to business, IT and architectural requirements. As Business Analyst you‘re the linking pin between business and IT !

Examples for practices
- Together with the Product Owner and Solution Architect you identify requirements and design solutions for Daily Banking features related to Insights & Finance Management
- Provide support to the development team so we meet the deadlines for the go-live of the WERO requirements in our ‘Future Costs’ feature
- Guide another Business Analyst on complex topics in your focus area

You & your talent
- 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst in IT development teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong collaboration skills with both IT and business people
- Great analysis, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills
- You’re a self-starter with a pro-active attitude
- You bring constructive challenge, dares to speak up and actively share your perspective.
- You have an agile mindset and experience with working in scrum environments
- You’re familiar with software development and IT delivery processes
- You embrace the impact of AI and are interested to leverage it in your daily work
