Ready to help finance renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Europe? Start your career at Rabobank and make real impact from day 1.

You & your role

As Analyst Project Finance, you know the secrets of turning complex plans into financing that helps renewable energy and infrastructure projects move forward.

Rabobank continues to be the leading bank in the energy transition. As Analyst Project Finance, you contribute to this by working on renewable energy and infrastructure transactions across Europe. You become part of an international Project Finance community with colleagues in Utrecht, New York, Santiago, Sydney and Hong Kong. Project Finance is a complex lending product. That makes this role a strong start for your finance career. You work in deal teams, learn from experienced colleagues and gain experience in financial analysis, due diligence, structuring and execution. You also get regular contact with clients, other teams within Rabobank and external advisers.

In short

• You help complete complex Project Finance transactions, such as financing a solar farm, offshore wind farm, datacenter or large battery project.

• You build strong client relationships through regular and clear communication.

• You prepare high-quality presentations, credit applications, reviews, waivers and transaction documentation.

Practical

• Start: 1 October 2026.

• Hours per week: 40.

Learning from each other

Development is our top priority. Because the best way to learn is by doing, through mistakes and successes. At Rabobank we offer you the right balance between freedom and support. You will work with experienced colleagues and have a lot of contact with young professionals.

“Working within the Project Finance team gives you the opportunity to make real-world impact and contribute directly to the development of renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Europe.”

Spasiana Dimitrova, Analyst Project Finance.

This is reflected in your personal development budget, our hybrid work environment and a good balance between your work and home life. You can work on banking matters for our private and business clients, but also on societal issues such as the energy transition.
