Transaction Processing Officer Securities
How do you keep complex securities transactions moving smoothly when every deal has its own stakeholders, legal documents and deadlines?
Support complex securities transactions with 5 teammates across London and Utrecht, helping deal teams stay in control from preparation to aftercare.

You & your role
What does your day look like when no transaction is standard and every detail matters? As Transaction Processing Officer Securities, you know the secrets of keeping complex pre-trade processes accurate, controlled and moving. You support new issues, bond and equity listings, private placements, reimbursements and lifecycle events, while staying connected with deal teams and stakeholders across London and Utrecht. In this role, you switch quickly between bespoke tasks, solve operational challenges and help make sure every transaction is handled with care.

What kind of situations ask for your sharp eye, calm communication and ability to move between details and the bigger picture?
- Processing and supporting complex transactions such as new issues, bond and equity listings, private placements, reimbursements and aftercare across different markets.
- Solving complex operational problems in a demanding environment where pressure, changing priorities and bespoke work are part of the day.
- Investigating and responding to questions from internal business groups, agents, custodians, brokers, external clients, law firms and other counterparties.

The 5 people in the Private Placements & Origination Syndication team are primarily involved in pre-trade processes such as preparing, coordinating, drafting, reviewing and safeguarding legal documentation before products enter the market. Collaboration is our way of working; as one result-driven team within Rabobank. You work closely with different stakeholders and help keep complex processes in control from start to finish.

You & your talent
What do you bring when complex processes, client expectations and operational care all come together?
- HBO degree or higher, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment.
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Affinity with legal issues in a transactional setting.
- Strong analytical skills and clear written and verbal communication.
- Flexible team player who stays focused when priorities shift quickly.
- Knowledge of Financial Markets products and processes in wholesale banking, with an advantage if you understand complex front-to-back process chains.
