Ensure operational continuity and security across Rabobank’s global IT landscape by leading the 24/7 Control Room operation, guaranteeing effective monitoring, incident coordination, security alert triage and continuous improvement of services, processes, and people.
You and your job
As Manager Control Room (CR), you play a crucial role in maintaining the stability, availability, security and continuity of Rabobank’s IT services across Rabobank’s global landscape.
You lead five teams of Control Room Analysts who are responsible for the 24/7 monitoring of Rabobank’s infrastructure and application landscape. Together with your teams, you ensure that security alerts, incidents, disruptions, and operational risks are identified and addressed promptly, minimizing business impact and supporting the continuity of critical banking services.
You are responsible for both the operational excellence and the further development of the Control Room service proposition. You drive innovation, implement new monitoring capabilities, and ensure that monitoring services continue to evolve in line with business and IT needs. You create an environment in which employees can grow, develop their expertise, and deliver excellent service to stakeholders across the organization.
The Control Room is part of Continuity Services within IT Vendor Management and Continuity & Security Services, the department responsible for safeguarding the continuity and security of Rabobank’s IT landscape.

The Manager Control Room leads a team of professionals responsible for the continuous monitoring of Rabobank’s IT landscape. The role is accountable for operational continuity, team development, process optimization, service innovation, budget management, and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities include ensuring monitoring effectiveness, coordinating incident response activities, implementing new services, strengthening risk management practices, and driving continuous improvement through Agile and Lean principles.
