You & your role

As Lead COO Privacy Operations Team, you know the secrets of turning privacy expertise into practical, measurable results. As a working supervisor of the Privacy Operations team, you build a clear way of working to support teams across 6 domains execute privacy and record keeping tasks in a more structured and efficient way. You also have your responsibilities as a Privacy Operation Specialist for a certain domain.

You combine leadership with hands-on privacy experience. You coach your team, align with stakeholders and help extend the scope of the Privacy Operations Team step by step. In this role, you help Rabobank make privacy a business enabler.

You & your talent

What do you bring to lead privacy operations with clarity, care and impact?

• Academic working and thinking level.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant managerial experience in data and/or privacy within large financial organisations.

• 5+ years of experience as a privacy professional.

• 3 to 5 years of experience identifying strengths and development areas in team members.

• Able to inspire, motivate and coach in Dutch and English.

• Experienced in complex banking environments and able to work with different stakeholders.

• A Dutch residence permit and a registered Dutch place of residence are required.
