IT Architect CRM

Solution Architect CRM  (we have a preferred candidate for this position)

You are a Solution Architect with strong experience in Siebel CRM and DB2, who feels at home in a complex enterprise environment. You combine a clear architectural vision with a pragmatic mindset and a focus on delivering real value for the business.

You enjoy working together with others to improve systems and processes. You communicate easily with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are able to translate business needs into sustainable and future-proof solutions. You take ownership, but you do so in a way that brings people along and strengthens collaboration.

In your role, you work on multiple topics at the same time. You provide direction, create overview, and help teams move forward in a structured way. You are comfortable making decisions, while staying open to feedback and continuously improving.

You play an important role in shaping and evolving the CRM landscape, with a strong focus on Siebel architecture, integrations, and data flows supported by DB2. You understand how systems, data, and processes come together and how to make them scalable, maintainable, and reliable.

You have several years of experience (minimum 5) in architecture within enterprise environments. You bring solid knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Siebel, and understand how cloud and on-premise solutions coexist in modern architectures.

• You have in-depth knowledge of Siebel CRM and a good understanding of Db2 databases, including data structures and performance considerations.
• You are comfortable working in a collaborative architecture team, together with IT and business colleagues.
• You take initiative and actively look for improvements in architecture, processes, and ways of working.
• You can create clear architectural documentation and guide decision-making in a structured way.
• You keep the bigger picture in mind: how the architecture supports the long-term direction of the organization.
• You support teams by providing guidance and clarity, helping them make the right technical choices.
• You bring people together, create focus, and contribute to a positive and constructive way of working.
• You are open to change, take responsibility, and show self-leadership.
• You have at least a completed bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
