In 2008, Alexander joined Rabobank as Head of Cash Management Operations. Afterward, he was Tribelead responsible for the digital customer platforms of the bank and co-led the implementation of Agile working. Having been responsible for the TECH departments of Rabobank Retail Netherlands, he has been a member of Rabobank's Executive Board and Chief Innovation & Technology Officer since December 2023.
