• Only Rabobank employees working in the Netherlands can refer people who are not already employed by Rabobank in the Netherlands.
• The referral program applies only to vacancies in the Netherlands.
• You can refer candidates for any vacancy in the Netherlands that is listed on Rabobank.jobs.
• Please do not refer someone lightly. Is your candidate truly suitable for the role? Make sure to review the job requirements carefully first.
• Almost everyone can participate in the referral program, with the exception of interns, recruiters, and external workers.
• Are you a manager? In that case, you are not eligible for a referral bonus if the candidate would work directly or indirectly under your management.
• Are you an EK+ employee? You may refer an unlimited number of candidates. However, you are not eligible to receive a referral bonus.

If you are participating in a Young Professional Program, you can receive a referral bonus a maximum of three times per calendar year.
