How to get to the office?
Address: Croeselaan 18, 3521 CB Utrecht
Public transportation
Upon arrival at Utrecht Central Station, leave the station on the Jaarbeurs side and then turn left. Walk straight to the Rabobank building and take the stairs down on your right. You will see the staff entrance on your left, but walk past it (you can enter/exit here later when you have a smartcard). At the end of the building turn left around the corner and after a few meters you will see the main entrance on your left. Upon entering you may report to the reception desk.
Bike
At the main entrance there are racks where you can temporarily place your bicycle, after picking up your smartcard you can go to the bicycle parking on the side of the staff entrance near Rabo Street.
Car
The entrance to the parking garage is located on Croeselaan. Are you coming by car on your first day at work? Please coordinate with your manager in advance so that you can be signed in.
Smartcard
Your smartcard is a kind of personal key that gives you access to all our locations. Prior to your first day of work, you will receive an email with the day and time when you will pick up your smartcard and any hardware. Your smart card will be created, exclusively at the scheduled time, by security colleagues. Please bring your ID with which you are registered/screened to this appointment. Without this ID, no smartcard can be created and you cannot start work. You will find security on the same level as the reception desk, on the right side of the stairs.
Buddy
On your first day, your buddy will be there to welcome you and show you around. This can be your manager but also a teammate. Haven't heard about this yet? Then just ask the recruiter.
Facilities
The Croeselaan is divided into several building sections: Silver, Auditorium, Mirror Building Square/plinth and the Tower. All buildings (except the Auditorium) are designed to work both individually and together.
At the main entrance on the Croeselaan you will find the reception and the security lodge. At the security lodge you can report to have a smart card issued (for access to the building and use of the laptop).
Every employee has the possibility to choose which zone best suits the activity he is performing at that moment. There is also a ‘vitality room’, to work on your vitality. The building supports the principles of a flexible, activity-related work concept.
A coffee point on the Square and at Restaurant Rabo-Kitchen. Dispensing desks on the Square. Meeting rooms and meditation/prayer room, flask room are available on the Campus. There are 1130 spaces in the bike shed and 1800 parking spaces.
