How to get to the office?
Address: Fellenoord 17, 5612 AA Eindhoven
Public transport
Upon arrival at Eindhoven Central Station, leave the station on the bus side and then turn left past the bicycle shed. Then turn right and walk along the bicycle path under the tunnels. Immediately after the tunnels you will see on your right a staircase that leads you to the footbridge to the main entrance. On entering the building you can report to the reception desk.
Bike
After picking up your smart card, you can go to the bike parking area on the station side of the building, accessible via Veldmaarschalk Montgomerylaan.
Car
If you come by car, you need to arrange this in advance with your manager so you can be registered as a visitor. The entrance to the parking lot is on the Vincent van den Heuvellaan. You can park freely at this site.
Smartcard
Your smartcard is a kind of personal key that gives you access to all our locations. Prior to your first day of work, you will receive an email with the day and time when you will pick up your smartcard and any hardware. Your smart card will be created, exclusively at the scheduled time, by security colleagues. Please bring your ID with which you are registered/screened to this appointment. Without this ID, no smartcard can be created and you cannot start work. You will find security on the same level as the reception desk, on the right side of the stairs.
Buddy
On your first day, your buddy will be there to welcome you and show you around. This can be your manager but also a teammate. Haven't heard about this yet? Then just ask the recruiter.
Facilities
There are approximately 1500 workstations in the building and this provides daily space for 2000 employees.
At the main entrance (on the Fellenoord) you will find the reception. There you may report to have a smart card issued (for access to the building and use of the laptop).
The building is divided into different zones with different functionalities:
A Square: aimed at meeting, conferencing, receiving customers, eating & drinking, working together and individually. The square is located on the first floor and partly on the 1st floor.
Connecting floors: primarily focused on collaboration
Standard floors: particularly geared towards individual work
The 4th floor is partly furnished as a connecting floor. The other floors are furnished as standard floors and designed as the base for one or more customer groups.
Every employee has the possibility to choose which zone best suits the activity performing at that moment. The building supports the principles of a flexible, activity-related work concept.
Restaurant; Bakery with coffee point; Choose & Buy; Service & Information, Meeting rooms and meditation/prayer room, flask room, showers, lockers. There is ample parking for cars, bicycles, moped/scooter parking and plenty of charging stations.
