Product Specialist / Relationship Manager Value Chain Finance – Structured Inventory Products (m/f/d)

Our Product Specialist / Relationship Manager is the interface between active commodity trading and downstream transaction processing. Through our subsidiary Rabo Trading Germany GmbH, we purchase a wide range of agricultural commodities with the aim of strengthening our customers' liquidity. Your diverse tasks include the processing of purchases and sales, the preparation, monitoring and custody of master and individual contracts as well as the reporting and system-side recording of transactions. The Product Specialist is the main contact point for clients using our Structured Inventory Product Solutions (SIP). Close cooperation with the globally operating colleagues of Value Chain Finance as well as with the local corporate client relationship managers and Senior Bankers rounds off your field of activity.

Job Skills and Knowledge: 

  • University degree in banking or comparable education; A focus on agriculture is an advantage
  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in trading of agricultural commodities or similar experiences
  • Knowledge especially in debt and contract law as well as bank securities
  • Experience in the preparation and review of loan agreements as well as sales contracts
  • Commitment, independent work attitude and organizational skills
  • Direct customer contact and sales experience with proven track record
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English and German; Dutch is an advantage
