Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

Administrar Servidores Windows e Linux, Virtualização - Vmware e Hyper-V, HP, Hitachi, Blades e Backup - Veeam
Suportar infra-estrutura de TI (Nobreaks, Gerador e Cabeamento estruturado)
Prover 3º nível de suporte para usuários internos em: Hardware, Software, Telefonia e Citrix.
Administração das rotinas de Backup utilizando ferramenta Veeam;
Compra de Servidores, Dispositivos de Rede e itens relacionados a Infraestrutura;
Elaborar documentação da infraestrutura de TI;
Participação em Projetos de Infraestrutura de TI;
Seguir as políticas e procedimentos da organização;
Efetuar monitoração do ambiente de produção em linha com processos e procedimentos definidos;
Garantir a aplicação dos processos de governança de TI;
Administração do Sistema de Gravação e dealerboard;
Comunicação direta com outros escritórios regionais;
Administração do Site de Contingência.

Pré-Requisitos

Sólida de experiência na área de tecnologia, preferencialmente na área bancária/financeira
Conhecimento avançado em Windows Server (Certificação será um diferencial);
Conhecimento avançado em Linux Server (RedHat)
Conhecimento básico de Telecom (Switches, Roteadores, Vlan, Link de Dados);
Bom conhecimento em DFS, Citrix e Virtualização (Hyper-V / Vmware);
Capacidade de análise e soluções de problemas;
Certificação ITIL V3 (diferencial);
Conhecimento de ferramentas de backup: Veeam
Conhecimento de ferramentas de monitoramento: SCOM, HPOpenView for Linux, OBM
Conhecimento de SCCM;
Conhecimento de telefonia Skype, Teams;
Experiência em Administração de Storage / servidores Blades.

OBS

Foco em sustentação – operação de servidores, sistemas operacionais, backup, etc);
Formação em Ciências da computação, análise de sistemas ou sistema da informação;
Inglês avançado, pois, participará de conf calls /reuniões com times globais.
