Principais responsabilidades:

Apoiar o monitoramento de normas e regulamentações aplicáveis ao negócio, acompanhando atualizações regulatórias e contribuindo para avaliações de impacto.
Auxiliar na gestão e atualização de controles de Compliance e ferramentas de acompanhamento regulatório, incluindo atividades relacionadas ao processo de avaliação de normas.
Participar das rotinas do time de Core Compliance, auxiliando na organização de atividades, controles, status reports e acompanhamento de demandas recorrentes.
Dar suporte à elaboração, revisão e consolidação de relatórios regulatórios e documentos corporativos de Compliance.
Apoiar análises e revisões de temas encaminhados para avaliação técnica e jurídica, realizando controles, consolidações de informações e follow-up com áreas responsáveis.
Contribuir para a preparação de materiais de treinamento e comunicação interna relacionados a Compliance e riscos não financeiros.
Interagir com diferentes áreas da instituição para coleta de informações, acompanhamento de pendências e suporte a projetos regulatórios e de governança.

Principais Requisitos:

Ensino superior cursando em Administração, Relações Internacionais, Engenharias (Produção ou Computação), Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou cursos relacionados.
Interesse em análise de normas (Leis, normas BCB, CVM), mercado financeiro, governança Corporativa, ética e Integridade e proteção de Dados.
Interesse/capacidade em automatização, dados e IA. Experiência acadêmica ou extracurricular com análise de dados, IA (Copilot, ChatGPT ou ferramentas equivalentes), Power BI ou Python.
Afinidade com Tecnologia.
Conhecimento avançado de Excel.
Inglês avançado
