About the role |Mō te tūranga

We're looking for a talented Design Lead to join our Marketing team on a 12-month contract and help shape the visual storytelling of Rabobank New Zealand.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the centre of a dynamic marketing team, delivering impactful and high-quality design solutions that bring our brand to life across a diverse range of channels.

From digital campaigns and social media ads to event branding, sponsorship signage, print collateral and complex reports, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging and impactful creative work that connects with our audiences.

You'll collaborate closely with teams across the business, helping transform ideas and briefs into visually compelling marketing communications that are both on-brand and commercially effective.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing marketing and promotional material across print and digital channels
  • Developing creative concepts and campaign ideas from brief through to execution
  • Creating advertising artwork for billboards, publications, display advertising, social media and events
  • Managing production and delivery of marketing collateral, signage and branded assets
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Championing the Rabobank brand and ensuring consistent visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Streamlining briefing processes and supporting marketing workflows
  • ·Building strong relationships with suppliers, production partners and internal stakeholders

About you | Ō pūkenga

We're looking for someone who combines big-picture creativity with exceptional attention to detail.

You'll ideally have:

  • 5+ years' experience in a corporate, agency or in-house design role
  • Strong experience designing across both digital and print environments
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • A solid understanding of print production processes
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines
  • Basic animation and motion graphics skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work under pressure
  • Experience working with DAM (Digital Asset Management) programmes
  • PowerPoint design experience
  • A collaborative approach and positive attitude

Bonus points if you've previously worked in a Design Lead role or have experience managing creative workflows and briefing processes.
