At Rabobank, the number of analysts working in the field of Financial Economic Crime is growing considerably. To train all these new employees to become independent analysts, Rabobank offers them a full training program at the FEC campus. A unique and internal training program of 5 months within Rabobank. Every day, our training coaches, training specialists and experts train the new analysts at FEC with great passion and enthusiasm. They do this by developing training programs, providing substantive training and coaching 'on the job'. It is all about providing the analyst a flying start within the FEC domain.

For many positions within FEC, you will first follow an extensive training program at our FEC Campus. Depending on your experience, this program will be put together for you. If you already have some experience in the field of Financial Economic Crime, your training program may be customized with a shorter program.

Investigating money laundering

Bags full of cash at a local bank branch. Criminal gangs in the news. A suspicious transaction abroad. An estimated 16 billion euros of criminal money flows through Dutch society every year. Your first 30 days

The first few weeks are all about theory lessons. You will do this in a team of aproximately 13 colleagues. The programme offers the broadest possible programme, so that you get to learn all facets within FEC. In this way, you will not only be able to work independently within your own expertise, but you will also be able to move on to another field.

Coaching on the job

You will be assigned to a coach, team lead and manager and will work with real files within a protected environment. So you can apply the theory directly into practice. Your team consists of a diverse range of colleagues. From recent graduates to seniors who are looking for something different. You learn from each other by consulting on a regular basis. As a result, the transition into practice is less significant.

Get started in your team

Once you have completed the training program, you will move on to the professional field and you will be assigned to a team within your expertise. Whether that's CDD, Sanctions, CLCS or any other expertise. By now, you are as a duck to water within the FEC domain. You know how everything works and who to turn to.
