The colleagues from Financial Economic Crime (FEC) would not be able to perform as they do without the people of Change & Implementation. You support the daily FEC operation and improve the work. In doing so, you focus on the processes, systems, tools, reporting & control, training and communication. All in order to jointly achieve the goals at FEC.
At FEC Change & Implementation, you will be responsible for directing and implementing changes within the FEC field. Change is standard for you and you know how to get people on board like no other. You work together with motivated, often multidisciplinary, teams and ensure that everyone can work well and pleasantly and that everyone can develop themselves. Your skills are therefore indispensable in building a robust FEC organisation that is ready for the future.

Frequently asked questions about working at FEC Change & Implementation
We welcome people with a FEC background and people with experience in the various fields of Change & Implementation. But having both is not a requirement. You will bring your FEC knowledge up to standard in an internal training course and by combining work and education. And if you have experience in FEC, but not as a process manager or in other Change & Implementation functions, you can also brush up your knowledge in that area through training.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required and experience in finance is an advantage, but not a necessity. Rabobank is open to people from diverse backgrounds.
As a change manager, you are the eyes and ears for processes, change management and implementation in the operation and you also focus on all kinds of activities to secure improvements.

As process manager, you focus primarily on the design of the processes and the (preparation for) implementation.

As a FEC project manager, you will support and guide the change into a robust FEC organisation and take care of programme communication, planning, budgeting and reporting. You will work with various line and project managers within a large dynamic environment and bring everyone closer together through effective and impactful communication and information. Within the team, you take the lead and, based on your expertise, you are a coach for your colleagues.
Within FEC we work according to the principles of the Lean philosophy. When you start as a junior process manager, we expect you to have a Green Belt or be willing to obtain one. For a more experienced process manager, you do not need to have a Black Belt yet, but it is an advantage if you do.
