You & your role
As a program manager, you know how to translate complex data ambitions into tangible business outcomes. You lead the execution of Rabobank’s strategic Data Management agenda, orchestrating delivery across domains and aligning stakeholders around a common roadmap for value creation and operational excellence. You inspire and drive the organisation to implement reusable AI-ready data products and help deliver on the value promise of AI use cases.
You provide transparency on progress, risks and dependencies across critical initiatives, challenge priorities where required, and enable executive decision-making through fact-based steering and clear governance. Working at the intersection of business, data, technology and regulation, you help accelerate AI-ready data capabilities, strengthen Data Governance and subsequently improve Data Quality.
With a strong focus on simplification, adoption and measurable outcomes, you connect major transformation programmes, data management priorities and executive ambitions into an integrated bank-wide execution roadmap that delivers lasting impact.

- Accelerate the implementation of AI-ready data principles, use cases and high-priority data management initiatives.
- Improve the use, reuse and measurable value of strategic data products.

Top 3 responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of COO Data Management, you operate at the centre of a bank-wide transformation agenda. You work closely with senior leaders, data owners, product owners, technology leaders, risk specialists and transformation teams across Rabobank.
Together we achieve more than alone
We believe in the power of differences. By combining people’s differences, we become an even better bank. We are curious about what you will bring to our team.
