Kick-off Week overview
The kick-off weeks mark the official start of your Rabobank Traineeship.
Throughout these two weeks, the onboarding program helps you get to know what it means to work at Rabobank. You’ll learn about our cooperative mindset, the fundamentals of the financial sector, and the way we work together as an organization.
The sessions in your overview are designed to give you a solid base before you start your first rotation. If you notice any open or blank slots in your schedule, it’s a good idea to check with your (talent) manager to see what applies to you.
During the traineeship the following interventions will be facilitated:
Basecamps; together with all Rabobank Traineeship participants these two-day sessions will be based around Rabobank strategic topics and skills development.
Homegroups; your safe spacethroughout the program. This smallgroup of fellow trainees will cometogether regularly and will be guidedby a facilitator. You will discuss thecontent from the Basecamps inrelation to your rotation assignment.
You will participate in one of the five Rabobank Traineeship Tracks available. By means of workshops and trainings, you will focus on building craftmanship. The following Tracks are part of the Rabobank Traineeship:
- Risk & Finance
- Business & IT
- Wholesale Banking
- Retail Banking
- Global
During your last two rotations, you will participate in a real-life Business Challenge. Together with fellow Rabobank Traineeship participants you will work on a challenging assignment derived from a current challenge the Business is facing. The end presentation of your team will be the input for the Business for implementing the solution for their challenge.
