To empower you as a Trainee, we developed the Rabobank Traineeship. In this traineeship, we expect you to learn by doing, make mistakes and succeed. We want to give you the right balance of freedom and guidance. We encourage you to develop talents you didn't know you had before. To specialize in a specific domain or explore what you’re good at and what you like.
And since you’re reading this guide, that means you have been selected to join the journey that we call our Rabobank Traineeship and help us achieving our mission.
We give you the resources and support to fast-track your development. At the same time, we expect your active participation and commitment to make this journey truly impactful, both for you and Rabobank.
Who will be by your side on the journey?
At the heart of the Rabobank Traineeship lies a team of dedicated professionals, both from within Rabobank and externally. These professionals will be by your side, offering guidance and unwavering support throughout your Rabobank Traineeship Journey:
Young Talent Manager
Throughout the traineeship, your Young Talent Manager will coach and support you, helping you set learning goals and foster personal development
Facilitator
During the traineeship, you will be guided and challenged by experienced facilitators
Your rotation manager
This is your go-to person when it comes to anything rotation specific.
Mentor
This is a future leader or master craft expert from your own domain that can coach you on work related questions, such as a business challenge or assignment.
Buddy (possible)
Someone from your own department and team during your rotations will be assigned as your buddy. You can go to them for all your practical questions.
Program Manager
The program manager is the glue in the program and makes sure that the whole traineeship runs smoothly.
