"In April, I started the Retail Banking Traineeship, and in a short period of time, I’ve already learned an incredible amount. One of the highlights so far has been the “Basecamps”: two-day training sessions at an external location where you work with fellow trainees on your personal and professional development, quickly forming a close-knit group."
"During my current rotation in Cooperative Banking, I’ve contributed to various projects, such as organizing the celebration on the ring road for Amsterdam 750. I’ve also had the opportunity to support (social) partnerships focused on themes like inclusivity and the energy transition. From the very beginning, I was able to make an impact. I look back on my first few months with great satisfaction and am excited to see what my upcoming rotations will bring!"

"Starting as a trainee at Rabobank, I was surprised by how quickly I was given meaningful responsibilities. You’re not just learning, you’re also trusted with real tasks, whether it’s through project work, team meetings, organizing events, or even helping shape ideas."
"The 4 rotations are a great way to explore different parts of the bank and figure out what excites you and where you thrive. My first rotation manager has been a fantastic mentor, always checking in and supporting my growth."
"One of the best parts of the traineeship are the connections I’ve made with other trainees, through training days and social events, you build a strong network and make some great new friends, trust me. If you’re open, curious, and ready to take initiative, Rabo will offer more opportunities than you can imagine."
