You and your job
As a Scrum Master within Tribe Business Lending you will work at the heart of Rabobank developing digital and efficient financing products for Dutch Businesses. The Area Data & IT Foundation within the Tribe Business Lending you help developing the teams that contribute to data driven product and services.

As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for leading two squads. For the IT team you facilitate their scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and coach them to improve efficiency. For the Non-IT team you define and facilitate ceremonies that use the agile principles in a way that it fits the scaled environment. But the scrum and agile process is not where you stop. You also coachs the team on product, technology and people. Besides that, you help with the other scrum masters the entire Area to grow and reach the next stage of their maturity. You identify trends and recurring themes and take appropriate actions.

This position is for 2 teams within the Area Data & IT Foundation, the Data Quality Squad and the Business Lending Advances Analytics squad; the Outliers. .

The data quality squad is a cross functional squad consisting of product managers, data analists and data stewards. As a team we provide complex data analyses, support the Tribe with our business data expertise, monitor the quality of business lending data, and solve & prevent data quality issues.

The Outliers help teams in Tribe Business Lending to simplify or automate business purposes or unlock insights from data by applying the most recent Advanced Analytics techniques. The team consist of multidisciplinary members who aim to quickly deliver from proof of concept towards usage of the solutions.

As scrum master you personify Scrum and Agile, bridging the gap between conceptualizing and actioning project ideas within your squads and the area.  You support the Product Owners in executing the product backlog and are dedicated to maintain a healthy and creative team process to deliver world-class results.

  • You are an expert in facilitating and very capable of giving various creative inspiring workshops and training courses.

  • Your experience is not only going to help teams flourish, you will also be a driving force to inspire the entire Area to continuously improve.

  • You are part of the scrum master team of the Area that informs and assists the Area Leadership team on area transformation topics. Requiring you to identify recurring themes and take the lead to get things done. These topics are outside the teams you are assigned to as Scrum Master allowing you to operate on a bigger scale.

  • You are an inspiration to other Scrum Masters and have experience in guiding them to help them improve to the next level.

You and your talent

It is important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach

  • At least an advanced Scrum Master certificate like PSM2 (Scrum.org) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (ScrumAlliance.org).

  • Experience with LeSS or the Spotify Scrum at Scale model will help us improve on scaling Agile in our area called Simplify@Scale.

  • Experience in coaching teams working across multiple locations.

This is what we offer you

  • Between € 3.959,74 and € 5.655,50 gross per month (scale 9). Salary will be compared to team members;

  • € 750.00 budget to set up your home workplace and up to € 40.00 for working from home allowance per month;

  • Personal budget of € 1.400 to spend on activities related to your personal development and career;
