To achieve our goal, we are looking for a Tribe consultant who is be able to work with various area’s and squads in the CreditCore Tribe as well as with the implementation managers of the Business Units that are impacted by CreditCore. This makes for a very dynamic work environment where no day is the same.
The role of the Tribe Consulting L&D, change and communication consultant
In this role you will be joining the Tribe Consulting Expertise Team. This team delivers value to both the Tribe itself and the Business Units that are impacted by CreditCore through training-, change management- and communication activities and facilitating decision making, planning and reporting. As L&D, change and communication consultant you will be:
Facilitating leadership in designing and communicating the CreditCore story throughout the bank
Guiding the Tribe in internalizing and continuously innovating the CreditCore Way of Working and behavior
Educating the members of the Tribe and BU’s on all relevant topics regarding the implementation of CreditCore
Cultivating the CreditCore Tribe culture by continuously improving the employee experience
Making a difference
For this particular Tribe Consultant role your focus will be on:
Design, development and deployment of a Skills assessment and training curriculum, including the content side of the curriculum, connecting and communicating with CreditCore and BU stakeholders to create and support effective roll-out
Alignment of Personal Development within the Tribe
Improvement of the CreditCore recruitment-, onboarding- and off boarding experience
Alignment and deployment of Tribe- and BU messaging around joint events
Continuous stakeholder management on previous topics, including finding/knowing your way in the bank to align on HR, training and Way of Working

With you as a new Tribe Consultant, we make this possible together. Your expertise and ability to organize, analyze and advise will be an asset to our team. Within your role you support the Tribe leadership team and actively help with the work of the chapters and implementation managers.
Stakeholder focus, analytical skills and being able to deal with different views are indispensable for a Tribe Consultant. In addition, it is important that you recognize yourself in the following:
you have completed a master's degree in, for example, HR, Learning & Development or Communication or Change Management;
you have a minimum of 6 years work experience;
you understand dynamics of a financial institution;
you have excellent project management skills;
you are fluent in both Dutch and English;
you have strong interpersonal skills and know how to involve your audience
you have experience in Scrum, Agile;
you have affinity with systems thinking and coaching;
you have experience in using PowerPoint, Excel and preferably Azure DevOps.
