At Rabobank, we are currently working on structurally improving the heart of our bank, the risk domain. To achieve this improvement, we are looking for a Tribe Support consultant who will be able to work with various squads and implementation managers within a dynamic environment to achieve this improvement.
The role of the Tribe Support Team
The Tribe Support Team has four core roles:
The team ensures and supports the way of working in the tribe to work efficiently using agile rituals, (standardized) tools, templates and processes.
The team is responsible for improving and safeguarding standardization and uniformity in tribe reporting, decision making, execution and ensuring reproducibility (audit trail) of decision making processes, risk logging and change requests.
The team ensures consistent tribe communication and active stakeholder management in the areas of the tribe and to all other relevant stakeholders, enabling successful implementation of risk management requirements and adopting new ways of working in the Business units.
The team stimulates a high performance culture to develop and support an open and efficient way of working.
Making a difference
As a Tribe Consultant your focus is on supporting the way of working in the tribe to work efficiently using agile rituals, (standardized) tools, templates and processes, by:
Day to day tribe support and facilitating the way of working and ensure that squads can have proper sprint review sessions by i.e. preparation of the Quarterly Business Review session (QBR), clear information flows, document management, implementation manual.
Reporting insights on the overall progress based on the progress of the squads and areas in the tribe.
Supporting quality control on adequate registration of requirements and tracking of the implementation of these requirements.
Ad hoc advise and support in requests on reporting, communication and way of working of the risk organisation.

Within your role you support the Tribe leadership team and actively help with the work of the chapters and implementation managers.

Customer focus, analytical skills and being able to deal with resistance are indispensable for a Tribe Support Consultant. In addition, it is important that you recognize yourself in the following:
you have completed a master's degree in, for example, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance;
you are fluent in both Dutch and English;
you have experience in Scrum, Agile and/or Lean;
you have experience in using PowerPoint, Excel and preferably Azure DevOps;
you are result and detail oriented.

a gross monthly salary between EUR 2.723 and 5.252,- (JG7/8/9) (classification depends on education, knowledge and experience);
a thirteenth month and holiday pay;
an Employee Benefit Budget 9 or 10% of your monthly salary based on scale. You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash payout;
a personal budget that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career;
flexible working times and location-independent working;
travel allowance when you travel by public transport or car;
a pension scheme, to which your contribution is only 3,5%.
