Making a difference

As part of the leadership team, you'll be responsible for the IT services within the Account & Payment Factory tribe. Think optimizing Agile and DevOps processes, creating a workplace that makes employees and teams swoon, and delivering guidance with a clear vision and ambitious goals. We're talking "always on & secure", "twice as fast", and "twice as proud" - the perfect guidelines for continuous improvement and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

But wait, there's more! You'll also be working with external software vendors and resource providers while owning the system and taking responsibility for budget and specific chapter IT topics, such as risk, security, and continuity. Tribe Account & Payment Factory is a foundation tribe responsible for Payment and Current Account processing, and it’s related services. “We provide 24/7, fast, reliable and efficient processing of Payment transaction and Current Account processing and services within the Rabobank”. While ensuring that our services are always on, we are also renewing the payment factory, simplifying our payment landscape, decommissioning legacy and migrating to the new tech stack. In the Area Transaction Processing, we deliver 24/7, fast, reliable and efficient processing of payment transactions, as well as decoupled transaction processing from customer journey tribes and other Rabobank business lines and other tribes.

• a gross monthly salary up to €6741,24 gross per month (scale 10).

• 13th month and holiday pay: as of January 1, 2023, the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.

• an Employee Benefit Budget of 11% of your gross salary. You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash payout.

• a personal budget of €1.400 that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career.
