A bit about the role

The role holder will work closely together with business stakeholders and the ITS (IT Systems) Core System team to ensure that systems meet customer servicing strategy and requirements.
Context of Job:  
The ITS Core System team forms part of the IT Systems Domain and is responsible for ensuring that the COO Domain makes a significant contribution to supporting the overall Rabobank Australia & New Zealand Group (RANZG) Strategy, manages risk to within the overall Risk Appetite of RANZG, and demonstrates and champions leadership, open-mindedness, commitment and flexibility to find better ways of working, through systems implementation – especially in 2020 program. 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
• As a T24 Developer/Technical Analyst, you will be providing technical expertise to different Teams across various Projects or as part of BAU Activity.
• Understand Business Requirements and work closely with BAs/Stakeholders to provide solution in the best possible way.
• Create technical documentation (e.g. technical specifications, technical designs, data migration plan)
• Be able to troubleshoot any T24 related issues. Functional, technical, environment issues etc.
• Ability to work independently & take strategic decisions for delivery.
• Be able to provide feedback, advice on best practices of doing any T24 enhancement, bug fixes, reports, enquiries, workflows etc.
• Liaise with TEMENOS to fix issues on a regular basis by logging in Ticket, Analyse and provide required information, attending Calls and working towards resolution of issue in timely manner.
• Be able to work in an Agile environment across BAU and various Projects.
• Ensure the day to day running of supported and related systems.

Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor education degree

Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in T24 Developer or similar role

Knowledge:
• Sound knowledge of banking requirements.
• Expertise in T24 CORE setup
• Good knowledge in T24 Retail modules (Accounts, Funds Transfer, LD) and Channels, OFS.
• Knowledge of T24 AA (Arrangement Architecture), AA Lending, AA Deposits, AA Accounts, AA Agent.
• Working Knowledge of  JBasic and Java
• Strong working knowledge in TAFC, TAFJ and TWS
• Strong knowledge of COB - Batch Processing and Multi Thread Jobs/Services.
• Good knowledge in TEMENOS Enterprise Framework like connectivity, integration, web services and monitoring framework.
• Knowledge of T24 architecture, T24 Certification would be an added advantage.
• Experience in writing SQL queries.
• Added advantage of JAVA, .NET, Python, C++, SQL, Power BI skills.

• Expertise in T24 CORE / AA setup/modules.
• Expert in Coding in Info Basic.
• Strong working knowledge of TAFC, TAFJ and TWS.
• Strong knowledge of COB - Batch Processing and Multi Thread Jobs/Services.
• Write Technical specifications/solutions. Be able to convert business requirement into Technical design/development requirement spec.
• Knowledge of latest TEMENOS products, suits, Framework.
Planning and Organisation
• Ability to manage project timeframes and budgets. 
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work successfully to deadlines.
