As a Solution Architect for Rabobank Digital platform you have an opportunity to positively impact 7 million customers and users through our digital channels.
You and your job
Understand the business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine appropriate solutions to drive the tribes targeted business outcomes
Manage and lead the architecture for the squads and tribes while working closely with the Squad Leadership team
Consult with different Architecture, Product Owners and Engineering stakeholders to determine the best solution
Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving architecture for the tribe
Provide oversight and foster built-in-quality to ensure teams create high quality and well-designed technical solutions
Leverage a strong engineering background to make the right choices in Solution Architecture
Practical Examples
Provide architecture advisory to the squad leadership team
Incorporate the latest architecture concepts into projects and initiatives
Set and cascade solution direction across the different squads

The approximately 100 people in the area Consumers Banking collaborate together to provide our private customers with high-end features to provide a great online banking experience. You and your talent
7+ years in an engineering background (ideally development)
Previous Solution Architecture experience in a complex environment
Architecture training/knowledge on architectural practice
Excellent communication skills
Collaborates effectively with others to achieve results

This is what we offer you
up to € 6481 gross per month (scale 10)
- a thirteenth month and holiday pay of 8% annually
- an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out
- flexible working times and location-independent working
- reimbursement for commuting costs when you travel by public transport, car or motorbike
- a pension scheme, to which your contribution is only 3,5%
