Your role 
As a Senior UX designer, your main task will be to conceptualize, design and improve journeys for our business platforms. You will join a multi-disciplinary team of 9 designers responsible for the end-to-end experience of business customers and bank employees. The focus of this team is on the finance request experience and all its supporting services. This is a complex space, and we have very ambitious plans, so get ready for the challenge!

Your responsibilities 

• Work with several product owners and development squads across different product journeys.

• Manage stakeholders to align business goals and user needs.

• Facilitate workshops and create new concepts for the future.

• Develop new journeys and improve processes for customers and employees.

• Prepare and conduct user research and user tests.

• Create and deliver designs and workflows to developers and support the development process. 

Your talent

We are looking for a talented designer who can use creativity, problem-solving and communication skills to handle the versatile context of a bank.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in UX design and confidently take responsibility and ownership of large, complex design projects.

• You have what’s needed to work in a fast-paced environment and can make quick and grounded decisions.

• You are comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, marketeers, and other stakeholders and able to manage these different perspectives and interests.

• You are fluent with design and prototyping tools like Figma, and familiar with ideation and user research methods, as well as with Agile and Lean ways of working.

• You have experience with delivering final designs and supporting the development teams to implement them.

• You can communicate professionally in English. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus.
