Senior Business Controller for CITO (W&R Tech)

Imagine… being the strategic partner for our Rabobank CITO department (1,200 FTE), covering the Tech activities for our Wholesale and Rural department. It is our mission to help Rabobank achieve its strategic goals while being the rock-solid bank known worldwide.  As a senior Business Controller you are part of a diverse and dynamic team, where space and growth in personal development are paramount!

Through intensive collaboration with colleagues from the various domains of the Rabo Group organization, you make a difference together. You have the "High tech, high touch" mindset; you help ensure that management has the right insights at the right time to be able to make decisions that contribute to the bank's results.

You are part of the Control team of Corporate Center. We aim to transform the CFO role into a CVO, i.e. becoming a true Value Office, as Rabo-wide value creation is at the core of everything we do.

You and your talent

Dedicated, social and empathetic are clearly essential for the role of a senior Business Controller. Moreover, you recognize yourself in most of the items in the checklist below, or you want to develop accordingly;

• You have a HBO + / WO diploma in (business) economic or business intelligence;

• You are able to solve complexities, review reports and provide feedback;

• You combine an excellent analytical skill set with good social and communication skills;

• You are result orientated and have stakeholder focus;

• Proven track record of consistently reviewing and improving the Tech delivery to maximise the banks rock solid ambitions;

• Proven track record with execution power, the S@S way of working, steering on operational excellence and inspirational leadership; 

• You have a high level of “learning agility”; the agility to convert new situations and changes into effective behaviour;

• Knowledge of a Tech division and way of working are key to be successful;

• Knowledge of the international business lines of Wholesale and Rural are recommended;

• You are an independently operating professional who works well together and is always looking for opportunities for improvement;

• Proficiency in the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.

This is what we offer you

• A gross monthly salary between € 5.700 - 8.000 (Rabobank scale 11)
