Creating an impact

The Tribe B2B works with various DevOps (Squads) teams: they are the foundation of our IT organization. They work autonomously as much as possible and are self-organizing.

As a Business Analyst you are responsible for the coordination between the business stakeholders and the development teams. In close cooperation with both the business and the developers your translate the functional requirements into feasible IT solutions. You ensure the requirements are in line with architectural and security guidelines. As part of the team you will be challenged with solving complex problems and share the responsibility from the very first ideas to the creation and maintenance of it: you define it, you run it.

You will be assigned to 1 of the devops teams but will also work in close cooperation with your colleagues from the other ROK teams.

  • 6+ years working experience as a technical Business Analyst;
  • Experience in the Payments sector, the Payment Service Provider sector in particular;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree eg computer sciences; business economics;..
  • Experience in managing a complex stakeholder environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Analytical skills
  • Specialised knowledge of the payments processes and payment gateways.
  • Solid understanding of the (customer represented by) stakeholders needs and able to translate these to (strategic) solutions.
  • Advising business stakeholders and senior management on process optimization and strategic solutions to meet business (customer) and IT needs.
  • Advise management and colleague business analists on best practices regarding business analysis.
  • Knowledge of and experience with:
    • Payment processing, Tokenization, APM’s, Customer onboarding processes;
    • Experience with API first approach 
    • You love the cloud (Azure)
    • Take ownership from design to production
    • Agile mindset
    • Coach / mentor for junior colleagues
    • Experience of analysing complex changes that span multiple systems and business areas
    • Experience with architectural concepts
  • Striving for continuous improvement in business and team processes across the chain, identify improvement needs. You are a driving force.
