As a Project Manager – KYC Operations Wholesale Europe at Rabobank, you have the opportunity to drive meaningful change by leading projects and implementing improvements to the Wholesale and Rural client domain. You will play a vital role as the gatekeeper, ensuring integrity is maintained throughout the entire chain.

Making a difference  

• Oversee the planning, responsible for execution, and completion of large, (cross-departmental) projects and improvements.
• Initiate improvements including impact assessment on organisation, operation, robots and IT.
• Drive implementation of changes in business operations, supporting systems, tools, and processes, and closely track their progress.
• Set up implementation framework (including PDCA).
• Be part of the CDD champion network.
• Be a strong partner for our central KYC operation and the chain partners in the WRR domain.
• Contribute to the change agenda incl. improvement initiatives.
• Champion of the Lean philosophy throughout the chain

With you as an Project Manager, the team will consist of diverse colleagues in a variety of roles, including: process managers, project managers a communication manager and a learning & development manager.

With you

Collaboration, communication, leadership & organising skills and a strong focus on getting results are essential for the role Project manager. In addition, it's important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:

• Academic level of thinking and working
• Strong project management skills (Prince2 and MSP certification is a pre)
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and delivering them on time, withing budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive changes and successful implementations.
• Strategic thinking capability; experience in thinking strategically and be able to develop short, mid and long term (project)plans.
• Demonstrated understanding and alignment with the organization's process design, methodologies, and data management.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with LEAN and Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of KYC/CDD is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to effectively manage one's own workload, meet deadlines, and balance competing priorities
