Project Management Officer

As a Project Management Officer you can make a difference by contributing to excellent project and program steering, enabling First Line Risk to improve its services and ensuring that they continue to align to applicable rules and regulations.
 
Making a difference 
  • You are the central point of contact at the heart of the project;
  • You (continue to) have an up to date view on the Business Case, planning, progress, quality, financials, resources and risks;
  • In difficult situations you do not lose sight of what needs to be done and you make sure that required decisions can be taken based on accurate factual data;
  • You will prepare and facilitate workshops in support of decision making including high quality visuals;
  • You stand out for your communication skills, self-organising capability, accuracy and relationship management skills.

Our FLR Office team brings talented people together  so that First Line Risk is always able to give a future proof and integrated view on how well Rabobank is in control of her IT risks, business continuity and information security. With you as a Project Management Officer, the team will consist of 18 diverse colleagues in a variety of roles, including: Service Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Business Support.
 
FLR Office is the “saté skewer” through the services portfolio of First Line Risk. FLR Office develops and drives the execution of the future vision of FLR for integrated risk management. The expertise in FLR Office enables the other departments of First Line risk to execute their risk management responsibilities in an innovative way.
 
With you
Customer focus, deliver results mind set, organisation and communication skills  are clearly essential for the role of Project Management Officer . In addition, it's important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:
  • A minimum of College (“HBO”) thinking and working level;
  • Project Management Support experience in an agile work environment, experience with DevOps, SCRUM and LEAN;
  • Knowledge of project administration as well as project finances and control;
  • Resilient and solution oriented;
  • Consulting skills;
  • Analytics and inquisitive mind set;
  • High level of accuracy.
