Product Owner AML Transaction Monitoring Global KYC

As a Product Owner AML Transaction Monitoring you can make a difference by being the link between our global KYC operations and a rapidly changing system landscape. You will be the lynchpin between Rabobank branches over the world and come into contact with almost all payment systems with Rabobank.
As a Product Owner you will
Have a profound impact on the various strategic initiatives within the W&R Transaction Monitoring system
Liaise with multiple stakeholders within the W & R domain. Spanning global branches as well as Head Office stakeholders, you will facilitate collaboration between IT, Business, Compliance and Operations to ensure the effective management of multiple requirements.
Actively create and drive solutions related to building and improving the global TM solution.
Ensure that the requirements of stakeholders are translated into feasible and optimal business and IT solutions and add value by being incorporated efficiently
Interact as a subject matter expert who provides vision and direction of solution to the development team and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with your scrum team(s). You will maintain a holistic perspective to effectively manage backlog items to ensure the greatest value product is delivered first
Provide transparent, timely and accurate feedback/updates on planning, progress and dependencies.
Customer focus, pro-activeness, solution-oriented stance, stakeholder management capabilities and stress resistance are clearly essential for the role of Product Owner. In addition, it's important that you recognize the items in the checklist below:
Academic background/level (IT, business administration or similar)
Extensive experience with working in an Agile/Scrum IT environment
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into viable, optimized solutions
Knowledge of banking processes, IT solutions, and an overview of AML/KYC
Knowledge of (inter)national risk and regulatory development
Experience liaising across geographies and working with trans-continental teams
Knowledge & Experience in banking products
At least 5 years of work experience as Product Owner or a similar role
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills; both in the Dutch and English language.

A gross monthly salary between € 4.282 and € 6.260 (scale 10)
