As a Productmanager KYC AML/CTF you can make a difference by being the link between KYC processes and systems and internal and external stakeholders of the bank. You will be the linking pin between all Rabobank branches over the world and come into contact with almost all payment systems with Rabobank.

Having a profound impact on the various strategic initiatives within the global transaction monitoring system;
Liaising with multiple stakeholders within the Wholesale & Rural domain globally. Such as IT, Business, Compliance and Operations within all regions to ensure effective management of requirements by actively seeking solutions related to building and improving the global AML/CTF solution;
Ensuring that the requirements of stakeholders are translated into appropriate and feasible solutions and incorporated efficiently;
Interacting as a subject matter expert who provides vision and direction of solution to the development team and stakeholders;
Collaborating closely with your scrum team(s), manage the backlogs and prioritize backlog items to make sure the most valuable product is delivered to customers first;
Providing transparent, timely and accurate feedback/updates on planning, progress and dependencies.
Customer focus, pro-active, solution-oriented, stakeholder management capabilities and stress resistance are clearly essential for the role of Product Manager.

Academic background/level (IT, business administration or similar)
Extensive experience with working in an Agile/Scrum IT environment
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Knowledge of banking processes, administrative organization and IT solutions.
Knowledge of (inter)national risk and regulatory development
Ability to connect functional questions to an IT delivery
Knowledge & Experience in banking products
At least 5 years of work experience as product manager or a similar role
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills; both in the Dutch and English language.

A gross monthly salary between € 4.400,- and € 6.300,- (scale 10).
