You are a business analyst and part of a T-shaped DevOps team that realizes the digital ambitions for Rabobank within the international wholesale domain, while closely collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
Please note that this position is coupled with the Young Professional Program IT. Besides working as a Junior Business Analyst, you get an 18-month programme where you carry out challenging projects and get personal and professional development trainings. We will help you discover your strengths and challenge you to evolve further. We teach you to form an independent opinion, but also to experience the value of cooperation. You grow together with nine other young IT professionals and you get to also challenge the status quo.

Making a difference
As a Business Analyst for Bankers Cockpit you help bankers in managing and executing their day-to-day activities. The Bankers Cockpit is a digital tool designed to capture and alert bankers on changes of events in client, product, and contract lifecycles, enabling real-time holistic monitoring of the performance of their portfolio from one simple application. This is achieved by providing the banker key data elements from the business functions:
Client relationship management
Risks and income management
Additionally, a news aggregation service provides relevant news articles to keep bankers aware of daily updates from diverse sources.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our DevOps team aims to bring talented people together to execute change and run activities for the product Bankers Cockpit. With you included, the team will consist of six diverse colleagues with a variety of skills and backgrounds. As a business analyst, you contribute to both the maintenance and further development of the product. The team’s main drivers are autonomy, challenge, focus on results, as well as quality.
You see yourself as a part of a DevOps team where analysis is an integral part of the development process and you are expected to be multidisciplinary;
You take responsibility in identifying high-value needs and requirements, modelling those into feasible, acceptable and high-quality solutions and document that properly for future references;
You contribute and support the team in achieving product and team goals;
You support the product owner in identifying and managing dependencies and solving impediments;
You proactively participate in team events, discussions and challenges regarding solutions and decisions;
You strive for continuous improvement and are eager to share knowledge. You inspire and convince your colleagues with your vision on sustainable solutions and work closely together with the software engineers.
As an effect of the above, you will have the opportunity to explore the organisation by:
Talking to business and IT stakeholders;
Gaining knowledge and experience on a wide range of offered products and services;
Getting detailed insights into crucial processes, architecture, data, and business functions.
You have a good command of English and are confident to interview or present to stakeholders at different levels within the organisation;
You are customer-focused, with an eye for detail, but can look at things from a broader perspective;
You are willing to execute thorough data analytics and document accordingly;
You are vocal, energetic, not afraid to share your thoughts, and happy to learn from your mistakes;
You are a T-shaped professional and you have therefore a natural drive to dive into other related areas in the team, like operations, development and/or testing;
You have great stamina and manage setbacks to find new routes towards results;
Affinity with business processes and objectives of international clients is a plus;
Affinity with API’s, XML, JSON or the ability to read/interpret data is a plus;
Knowledge of and experience with Agile, Scrum, Microsoft Power Platform, DevOps and ITIL is a plus;
0-2 years of overall work experience and a work permit for the Netherlands
