Head of Risk & Compliance Tribe B2B

The Head of this function will design, create and run a team of up to 4 people that deals with all Compliance, Legal, Risk and Policy operations of the Tribe in a first line capacity. On a strategic level you will execute a policy shift that will enable our Tribe to board customers for all Tribe services wherever they happen to bank and going forward implement this in our operation together with our product teams

You and your job
Banking is changing, and to support this shift Rabobank has launched the embedded services strategy: https://www.rabobank.nl/en/business/embedded-services . As part of this change, we need to be as easy as possible to work with for our customers, partners and developers whilst ensuring we do what is required from a regulatory perspective. Customers don’t need to change banks to work with a payment service provider, therefore you shouldn’t need to change banks to consume payments acceptance services from Rabo. Within B2B this is true for identity and open banking services too.

To help take on this challenge we are looking for a leader with deep knowledge of the regulatory environment, policy experience and legal expertise that will design a team to enable us to compete whilst delighting our customers.

Get results

  • Redesigning policy so that B2B and other parts of the bank can board customers without requiring a bank account
  • Design and staff a team that stays abreast of all operational first line requirements in the tribe
  • Function as a centre of expertise and learning for the rest of the bank in our field (Payments, Identity and Open Banking)

  • Managing the requirements of the risk cycle of the Tribe whilst executing on completely new policy direction

This role will join the Tribe B2B Leadership team and have full control of staffing and running her own team to execute on the requirements of the bank, our customers and partners. She will work closely with the product teams to design not only policy, but also boarding experience. She is constantly on the lookout for issues to solve as well as improvements that we can make to our total customer experience from a regulatory perspective

  • up to € 7.799, - gross per month (schaal 11)
