Executive Support Officer TCC

You and your job

As an Executive Support Officer for Tribe Credit Core (TCC) within Enterprise Risk (ER) department you will be working in a highly dynamic environment with a multitude of stakeholders at all levels in our organisation. With your agility, confident and open personality you provide optimal support in both the operational and organizational areas.

You thrive on creating structure, organizing the day as efficiently as possible, planning, coordinating and ensuring adequate follow-ups. Your commitment and ability to set and maintain priorities while managing the workload are second to none. Through your involvement and knowledge of the Rabobank organization, you can anticipate actions to be taken and provide proactive support.

Fine working relationship

  • in the Enterprise Risk Support Office, reporting to the Business Manager/Team Lead
  • supporting one of the Quadrant Members of the Tribe, also member of the Management Team of Enterprise Risk
  • together with 5 direct colleagues
  • 36 hours per week

An average working day

Are you curious about what would be on your to-do list on an average working day? As an Executive Support Officer within TCC you make a contribution by being proactive, flexible and willing to anticipate and think along with both the Management Team and the Support Office Team. You will work from the Support Office Team, which facilitates TCC as well as the rest of the departments within Enterprise Risk. As an Executive Support Officer for the TCC your focus is specifically on contributing one of the Leads of the Tribe.

Tasks will include:

  • Maintaining the agenda of TCC Lead/MT member within Enterprise Risk.
  • Managing the agenda for committees.
  • Managing Events.
  • Dealing with HR related matters.
  • Managing IT and conference support.
  • Distinguishing main and side issues through setting the right priorities within the hectic banking environment; switching smoothly between your different tasks and roles, bringing together information streams and providing the appropriate follow-ups.
  • Support with overflow tasks: You provide support with tasks that fall outside the regular responsibilities of your colleagues or assist if more capacity is needed somewhere. This can range from helping with Business Management tasks to communication, to assisting with special projects.
  • Managing the functional mailbox of the Support Office: You ensure that all incoming requests from various departments are handled efficiently. This includes prioritizing emails, answering questions, and directing requests to the appropriate people.

You and your talent

  • HBO level of working and thinking;
  • a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience;
  • English and Dutch skills both spoken and written
  • a perfect track-record in handling highly sensitive information;
  • the ability to manage your own workload, working to deadlines and balancing different priorities;
  • extensive experience and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating events.
